For stamping with a single die, it is usually not necessary to equip the press with automated feeding equipment. However, the press feeder is an indispensable device when using a progressive die for continuous press processing.
Although the NC servo feeder has stable performance and convenient operation, it is relatively high in price because it needs to be fed by servo motor. It cannot be accepted by most customers. At this time, the roller feeder has high precision, low failure and easy maintenance. It does not require additional energy and other advantages to become the most used feeding equipment in the stamping industry.
In actual use, fix the roller feeder with the mounting plate on the side center of the die on the punching table, fix the relaxation device on the slider, and let the loosening screw just press the extension of the relaxation bracket, and use the eccentric disk for the eccentric disk. The mount is mounted on the punch output shaft.
Then connect the connecting rod, the rocker arm and the body, and adjust the material thickness, feeding time, feeding distance and relaxation of the roller feeder according to the width and thickness requirements of the material, and then perform the inching test and the single-action test. After that, high-precision continuous automated production is possible.
